These Terms & Conditions apply when you request a quote or book services with The Mow Wizard (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website or by phone.
1. Quotes and surveys
Online quotes are estimates only. Your final price will be confirmed after a free lawn survey, when we measure your lawn and assess its condition.
2. Bookings and access
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time, including gates unlocked and pets secured where needed.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed before work starts. Late payment may delay future visits.
4. Cancellations
Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. We may charge for missed appointments without notice.
5. Liability
We take care in our work, but we are not liable for hidden obstacles, pre-existing damage, or issues outside our control.
